Your tasks

  • Complaint Management: from the root cause to the implementation of the solution according to regulatory requirements
  • Planning, monitoring and timely implementation of measures for material / process / supplier changes on current medical devices to ensure timely delivery and supply to the customer
  • Responsibility of Change Control System incl. timely implementation
  • Creation and implementation of efficient processes and the control of efficiency in the department, considering the regulatory environment
  • Technical support and optimization of current series products and components as well as their manufacturing processes
    • Editing and processing of technical documentation

Your qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in an identical environment
  • Experience in manufacturing operations and documentation of production equipment
  • Experience in the medical device environment is nice to have
  • Specify, monitor, and purchase plastic injection molding tools and supplies
  • Experience in technical documentation – DHF, DMR
  • Environment of manual and (partially) automated production of medical devices in high volumes is well-established
  • User knowledge of CAD software
  • Professional and authoritative appearance in customer contact
  • German and English fluent
