As the Industrial Engineer (IE) you are a solid member of the team (5) and bring expertise in the pharmaceutical packaging business, i.e.

• Planning and coordination of industrialization activities at the site in collaboration with international project teams.
• Responsible for an effective interface between Project Management and Industrialization due to international Project Management standards.
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of qualifications, validations and revalidations of manufacturing equipment, premises and test methods.
• New development and optimization of assembly and test methods in cooperation with production, quality department and development
• Global contact for the implementation of test methods, validation processes and monitoring of process compliance
• Contribute to the compliance with legal standards and regulations

• Successfully completed engineering studies in the field of medical technology, mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar
• Relevant professional experience in the field of industrial engineering
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards (GMP!), technical norms and qualification/validation in the field of medical devices industry
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Assertiveness and ability to work in a team
• Good knowledge of common MS Office products
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
